АНАЛІЗ МЕТОДІВ ВПЛИВУ АМЕРИКАНСЬКОЇ МОДЕЛІ НОВИННОЇ ЖУРНАЛІСТИКИ НА УКРАЇНСЬКИЙ МЕДІАПРОСТІР

Abstract

The article analyzes the methods of influencing the American model of news journalism on the Ukrainian media space, which is characterized by the synthesis of techniques determined by a certain model of communication. It was discovered that the investigated issue became relevant to creating and maintaining a positive image of the state on the international scene. A monitoring analysis was conducted that allowed comparing the results and formulating the general conclusions of our study. It was determined that according to the monitoring of journalistic standards carried out by the public organization “Institute of Mass Information”, the level of observance of the basic standards does not cross the critical mark, but by many indicators is not high enough. Synthesis of the American news model and traditional Ukrainian involves presenting the actual material in an analytical or journalistic work. The above factors change the traditional system of Ukrainian news journalism, affecting its constituent components, and create a multimedia environment. The main prospects for its development are precisely the correct and balanced combination of Western and Ukrainian models, when the changes in news journalism will deal not only with the technological aspect of the journalist’s activity but also with the traditional professional background. It is possible to note the relevance of this issue, which reflects the reality on the instrumental level, but in its arsenal it is possible not only to inform but also to manipulate public opinion, to simplify the agenda of news, which eventually allows us to speak about the coexistence of American and domestic traditional models.
