Abstract
В статье на основании клинического материала изучена частота встречаемости анти- тел к антигенам тромбоцитов HLA и HPA у пациентов с рефрактерностью к трансфузиям тромбоцитов различных нозологических групп. Проведен подбор тромбоцитных компонентов крови в соответствии с выявленной аллосенсибилизацией, оценена клинико-лабораторная эффективность через 24 часа. In the article, on the basis of clinical material, the frequency of occurrence of antibodies to platelet antigens HLA and HPA in patients with refractoriness to platelet transfusions of various nosological groups was studied. The selection of platelet blood components was carried out in accordance with the identified allosensitization, the clinical and laboratory efficacy was evaluated after 24.
