Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the role of modern information and communication technologies in improving and modernizing the existing education system, which has remained relevant over the past twenty years. However, it was found that the practice of the educational process is most in demand in the process of introducing personal computers connected to local networks and having access to the global Internet, which is relatively inexpensive and, therefore, affordable. It was analyzed that for the successful implementation of the program for the modernization of education and training on the basis of the Internet, not only modern technical equipment of educational institutions is required, but also the appropriate training of teachers and organizers of the education system.
