Abstract
The article presents data on the state of the pathology of the digestive system among the population of the Khabarovsk Territory for the period 2003–2020. The dynamics of general, primary and hospital morbidity with diseases of the digestive system was studied. Attention is drawn to the state of mortality of the adult population of the region from the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as from malignant neoplasms of the digestive tract. A comparative description of this pathology among the population of the Russian Federation, the Far Eastern Federal District and the Khabarovsk Krai in 2011–2020 is given. To assess the morbidity of the population with pathology of the digestive system, the prevalence of the most frequent number of nosological diseases of the gastroenterological profile, two cities (Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and municipalities as a whole were identified in the region
