Abstract

The aim of this article is to study the best world practices of the government and non-government support for digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy and to develop recommendations on ways to expand the possibilities of using financial instruments to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy of Ukraine. The following is analyzed: prerequisites and components of the process of creating a digital economy in Ukraine in particular and in the world in general; the place occupied by the State in the implementation of investment decisions for the development of the digital economy; national models of stimulation of the innovation process; issues of formation of the mechanism of digital transformation, management of the development of the national economy of Ukraine. It is found that the current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by a large-scale introduction of digital technologies in various sectors and types of economic activity. It is noted that digital innovations, being a fundamental driving force of systemic transformations in the economy, not only lead to the emergence of new products and services, but also create opportunities for the introduction of innovative business models, able to contribute to a significant increase in efficiency in both the public and private sectors. It is substantiated that when using digital technological solutions, Ukrainian enterprises have the opportunity to reformat the mechanisms of doing business, test innovative technologies and, as a result, increase their efficiency. The foreign and domestic experience of digital adaptation of business processes of the real sector of the economy is systematized. Both direct and indirect financial levers to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy are substantiated. Directions for expanding the possibilities of using financial levers to ensure effective digital transformation of Ukraine are proposed. A number of recommendations have been made to the bodies responsible for the development and implementation of economic policy to expand the possibilities of using various instruments to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the Ukrainian economy.
