Abstract
It has been established that the drug «Vadesept» has a high disinfecting activity. Thus, with wet disinfection of test objects with protein protection contaminated with E. coli, pcs. 1257, complete inactivation of bacteria is achieved with 0.5% solution of the drug at a consumption of 0.5 l/m2 and exposure of 6 hours. Disinfection of test objects contaminated with S. aureus, pcs. 209-P, is achieved with 0.7% solution of the drug in 3 hours. Complete inactivation of Mycobacterium, pcs. B-5, and B. cereus spores, pcs. 96, is provided by 1.0% solution of the drug «Vadesept» for 6. As a result of the conducted experiments, effective modes of wet disinfection of test objects made of wood, concrete and iron with protein protection, contaminated with microorganisms of the 1st...4th groups of resistance to chemical disinfectants were determined.
