ОЦЕНКА ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ИННОВАЦИОННОГО ЦИФРОВОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ ОРГАНОВ ПУБЛИЧНОЙ ВЛАСТИ САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГА

Abstract

This work is considered as the subject of consideration of the information and telecommunications meeting of public authorities of St. Petersburg (authorities of the Russian Federation, territorial structural divisions of the federal authorities of the Russian Federation and local governments) and its citizens. The aim of the work is a generalized analysis of a prospective review of existing contacts of public authorities, justification in the authorities of St. Petersburg, with the implementation of ontological modeling of work in the “black box” standard and the economic evaluation of competitive products that are currently being implemented using G2G models. In the course of the study of public administration, the authors come to conclusions about problems in the channels of interaction between a person and a civil servant, about the difficulties and losses in the implementation of work within the apparatus with data on excessive budget expenditures for their maintenance and the fundamental absence of a unified corporate system, which can be significant as direct, and indirect expenses of the budget of St. Petersburg on information and telecommunication interaction within the state apparatus and with citizens, creating a complexity that largely limits the sphere of influence.
