Abstract
The relevance of this article is due to the integration of the educational space of the Donetsk People's Republic into the educational space of the Russian Federation. The article dwells on the issue of creating a positive image of the head of a preschool educational institution for successful implementation of educational goals and organization of the process of education with a highly respected manager at the head. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for creating a positive image of the head of a preschool educational institution under the current conditions. The authors have demonstrated how image is defined in psychological and pedagogical literature as well as in academic papers.
