Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the management system of a business project in an institutional environment. The problem that a small and medium-sized business owner face is the lack of a universal template necessary for creating a business project. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development and use of a matrix for creating a business project management system. The practical significance of the work is determined by the use of the developed classification of business indicators according to the vector of impact on the business project management system.
