Abstract

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, we are experiencing a rapidly changing world through the convergence of cutting-edge technologies. The purpose of this study is to focus on the role of start-up support policies and entrepreneurship on the non-financial performance of start-up companies. To achieve this research purpose, questionnaires were distributed to 300 start-up companies in Daegu city, and statistical analysis of 264 of the recovered questionnaires was conducted using SPSS 22. The analysis results are as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that education support, financial support, and marketing support of the start-up support policy all had a positive effect on non-financial performance, and only innovation among entrepreneurship factors had a positive effect on non-financial performance. This study is meaningful in that it conducted a convergence study by comprehensively analyzing the effects of the government's start-up support policy and entrepreneurship on the non-financial performance of a company and drawing implications.
