Abstract

The article discusses the features of the development of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, assessed their adaptive changes in students during physical exertion. A number of biochemical and physiological changes under the influence of active physical loads have been revealed. The necessity of increasing the adaptation of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems to loads by students through regular training of the cardiorespiratory system is substantiated. It has been established that physical activity in students systematically leads to an increase in the content of aerobic and anaerobic oxidation enzymes in the heart muscle and an increase in their activity
