Abstract

The article considers the functions of the scientific and thematic portal as an element of a common information space. The portal structure includes actual book and magazine catalogs, ready-made electronic databases, libraries of external and internal scientific and information resources, analytical and educational sections. The authors considered the principles of development of a single information space and their compliance with the principles of the new library website, highlighted the development priorities and determined plans for the future.
