Abstract

A unified algorithm for estimating the accuracy of angular, linear, linear-angular, polar and other geodetic serifs is given. It is based on the use of direction gradients, angle gradients, and distance gradients that correspond to terrain angular, linear, or linear angular measurements. A visual representation of the gradients and the method of their calculation and orientation were given. Gradients are used to define the perimeter and the closing quadratic polygon. Through the perimeter value and that of the closing it is possible to calculate almost any kind of scalar evaluation of the accuracy of any of the tick, including the values of large and small half axes of its error ellipse. The use of a single algorithm for analyzing the combined method of using geodetic serifs to create center networks on the mounting horizon in the construction of high-rise buildings is shown. A numerical example shows the simplicity of the algorithm and its high efficiency.
