Abstract

The article analyzes some areas of improvement of investigation of economic crimes. In particular, the problem of boundaries of investigator's discretion is viewed as one of important problems in the economic crime investigation sphere. The evidence reliability problem is also studied. Besides, the need to establish special investigative subdivisions in accordance with regional demands is singled out as an organizational problem.
