Abstract

In this work, the possibilities of using remote sensing data to clarify the contours of soil differences were evaluated. It was found that visualization of mean annual vegetation indices NDVI allows to specify actual information on the contours of productivity zones. The use of this approach allows clarifying the boundaries of soil differences and identifying the actual boundaries of lithogenic lands with different productivity. It was found that the average annual NDVI in the linear model is related to the content of physical clay, with R2=0.26, the highest NDVI values are observed on soils of medium-loamy and heavy loamy composition in conditions of excessive moisture in the foothills of the Krasnodar Territory with average annual precipitation of more than 850 mm. Keywords: VEGETATION INDICES, REMOTE SENSING DATA, LAND PRODUCTIVITY, AGRO-ECOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
