Abstract

The relevance and the key importance for ensuring high-quality educational services in the country in addressing urgent issues of professional self-realization and development of scientific and pedagogical workers of educational institutions and increasing their motivation for professional growth, scientific activity, and the use of innovative approaches in educational activities have been proven.
