Abstract

The article considers the most common problems arising from the implementation of enterprise management information systems and suggests possible methods for their solution. The object of the study is a large organization with a large portfolio of orders related to the design of nuclear power plants. The importance of scientific analysis on the selected issue is due to the fact that the expectations from the introduction of a new more relevant information system often do not correspond to the results obtained.
