Abstract
The article is devoted the identification and fixation of objects of historical and cultural heritage of the Khatango-Anabar region located on the territory of two subjects: the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and the Krasnoyarsky Kray. The research was carried out with the involvement of official sources, local history literature, archival documents and materials collected during expeditions to the settlements of Saskylakh and Yuryung-Khaya (Anabar District in Yakutia), Khatanga and Popigai on Taimyr. This made it possible to supplement the List of cultural heritage objects of the Anabar National (Dolgan-Evenki) ulus (district) of Yakutia and the rural settlement Khatanga of the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. So, instead of 1 archaeological site recorded in the official documents of Anabar District, information about 26 sites was entered into the database. The table of the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Objects (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation was taken as the basis of the database for mapping the historical and cultural heritage of the studied region. The legend of thematic maps was based on symbols from the map “Cultural, spiritual and natural heritage” from the National Atlas of the Arctic. The general characteristics of the identified objects of historical and cultural heritage of the studied region are given, their geographical locationcarried out. In the study, the objects of historical and cultural heritage of the Khatango-Anabar region were mapped using GIS technologies. Mapping was carried out using licensed softwareArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online. The compiled maps make it possible to assess the current state of the historical and cultural environment of the Khatango-Anabar region—the main area of one of the representatives of the indigenous peoples of the Arctic—Dolgan.
