To this end, in this study, a qualiative content analysis method was used for various documents and the contents of an open questionnaire targeting participants. The results of study are as follows. Participating students recognized the university as one of the transitional education courses to go out into society and as a space for leisure activities and culture. It gave an opportunity to gain confidence. Through the experience program, the educational support personnel learned how to communicate with the participating students and formed a relationship. Through this, it was an opportunity to understand disability, find their own growth and the meaning of life, and strengthen their future vocational competency. Parents and teachers expected students to have experiences that could help them adapt to university life, and it was found that these expectations were met to some extent in the experience program. As improvements, it was hoped that diversification of sustainable experience programs and prepared programs related to disability types would be provided.
