Abstract
The article examines the importance of the discipline "Initial military and technological training" in schools and colleges in the formation of abilities and qualities necessary for pre-conscripts and the creation of a coordinating educational and methodological council for teaching the discipline together with the basic schools of higher education institutions according to the teaching methodology "Initial military training and technological training".
