The research aims to develop recommendations on how to optimise costs to meet the requirements of inclusive pedagogy and improve the efficiency of educational resources in an inclusive environment. The article also presents the basic concepts and foundations of cost rationing for educational services of an inclusive educational institution. The conceptual approach to cost rationing for inclusive educational services is presented on the example of a higher education institution.
