Abstract

Based on the data of a three-component station, it is possible to use a seismic event detection system to solve problems of recording seismic events, which automatically determines the location of seismic events by analyzing three-component records of one station. Information processing requires methodological developments related to the creation of algorithms and programs for extracting a useful signal, determining the time of the entry of seismic waves, the values of the maximum amplitudes, the corresponding period of vibrations and the coordinates of the earthquake location.
