Abstract

Today family as a collective subject of law enforcement performs a number of important for government functions: upbringing, educational, reproductive. Creation of conditions for full realization families` rights and opportunities becomes the State`s task. The article considers the problem of family recognition as an independent subject of law enforcement, reviews forms of rights realization by the family and its members, characterizes the main measures of state support, its influence on the level of legal protection and family well-being.
