Abstract

The article defines the purpose and reveals the main conceptual provisions for the management of high-tech clusters based on network development. The characteristics of the object, the subject and the scientific foundations of cluster management are given. The purpose and generalized economic, managerial, technological, social, environmental and information management tasks are considered. The general principles of management are outlined, as well as criteria and indicators for evaluating the results of managing high-tech clusters. The author’s position regarding methods, technologies and processes of cluster information support is indicated. An understanding of the cluster management mechanism based on network development is proposed.
