Abstract
Indigenous peoples of Eastern Siberia have a controlled electoral culture, which affects the election results. It expresses in a high level of turnout and specific political preferences. In this regard, the degree of interconnection of the ethnic component with the two above indicators is analyzing using the correlation analysis of mathematical statistics.
