Abstract

The collective monograph of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adelina Milanova and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pavlinka Naydenova "Corporate Social Capital as a Management Challenge. Socioanthropological and Behavioral Determination" is devoted to an extremely topical economic issue, still insufficiently illuminated in the economic literature. This gives the book an innovative look and contributes to its uniqueness compared to other similar works and studies. Well known to the academic community and established scholars, the authors skillfully apply an interdisciplinary approach that combines fundamental theoretical frameworks in scientific fields such as economics, management, sociology, socio-economic anthropology, social psychology, etc. They systematize the managerial challenges of corporate social capital as "soft governance infrastructure" and explore in depth its socioanthropological and behavioral determinacy.
