Abstract

General requirements for change of welding conditions in case of the replacement of the welding tehnology by the glue-welding one have been examined. Conditions of making the glue-weld joints of different grades of steel and aluminum were determined. It was found out that the glue-welding technology required a decrease in the value of welding current and an increase in welding time and the compressive force value of electrodes. A selection of conditions depends on material of jointed components and do not depends on a type of glue material. The study results are presented.
