Abstract
이 연구의 목적은 중학생 진로개발역량과 부모 진로 모니터링 및 부모-자녀 진로 일치의 관계를 구명하는 것이다. 연구 목적에 따른 연구 목표를 달성하기 위하여 교육부와 한국직업능력개발원의 초⋅중등 진로교육 현황조사(2017)에 참여한 중학생 4,776명과 이들의 학부모 4,776명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. SPSS 24.0 for Windows를 활용하여 기술통계분석 및 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였고 Hayes(2013)가 개발한 SPSS 매크로 프로그램인 PROCESS를 활용하여 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 부모 진로 모니터링과 부모-자녀 진로 일치는 중학생 진로개발역량에 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반편, 부모-자녀 진로 일치의 경우 진로개발역량의 구성요인인 직업이해에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 확인 결과, 중학생의 부모 진로 모니터링과 진로개발역량의 관계에서 부모-자녀 진로 일치가 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 위와 같이 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구의 결론과 제언을 제시하였다.
