Abstract

The paper presents some conclusions regarding the introduction of new organizational forms of justice in the context of digitalization of courts. As an empirical base, the experience of the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan was used to create the “Judicial Office” service as a single electronic window for citizens’ access to all judicial services. The article argues that modern scientific doctrines and procedural norms based on them should be built based on the recognition of the value of the judicial function. The concepts “court as a function” and “court as a single technological platform” along with the traditional and unique approach “court as a building” have theoretical perspective and practical significance. Access to the court should be ensured by the creation of a judicial platform that allows one to systematically, fully and safely meet the needs of citizens in justice using the one-stop-shop method.
