Abstract

The purpose of this study was to implement an early rehabilitation exercise program for 8 weeks after subacromial decompression in patients with impingement syndrome in order to investigate the effectiveness of the early rehabilitation exercise program through the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Oxford Shoulder Score (OSS) and muscle function test (Biodex). Eighteen subjects of the study were divided into a control group (n=9) and an early rehabilitation exercise program group (n=9), and 50 minutes (time) were performed twice a week f or 8 w eeks from the day after surgery.
