ความรุนแรงในการกระทำความผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงคดีจำหน่ายยาเสพติด (The Violence in the Mistreatment of Drug Addict Women Prisoners)

Thai Abstract: การศกษาครงนมวตถประสงคเพอศกษาระดบความรนแรงในการจาหนายยาเสพตดของผตองขงหญงคดจาหนายยาเสพตดและปจจยทมความสมพนธกบความรนแรงในการจาหนายยาเสพตดของผตองขงหญงคดจาหนายยาเสพตดกลมตวอยางทใชในการศกษา คอ ผตองขงหญงทมสามแลวในทณฑสถานบำบดพเศษหญง อำเภอคลองหลวง จงหวดปทมธาน จำนวน 260 คน เครองมอทใชในการรวบรวมขอมล คอ แบบสอบถาม การวเคราะหขอมลใชคาสถตพนฐานไดแก รอยละ คาเฉลย คาสวนเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแปลผลใชตารางวเคราะหเชงพรรณนา และทดสอบสมมตฐานดวยการทดสอบหาคาไคสแควร เพอหาความสมพนธของตวแปรโดยกำหนดคานยสาคญทางสถตทระดบ .05 ผลการศกษาระดบความรนแรงในการจาหนายยาเสพตดของกลมตวอยาง พบวา กลมตวอยางสวนใหญไมไดวางแผนกอนการจำหนายยาเสพตด รอยละ 66.5 และเปนผรบไปจำหนายดวยตวเอง รอยละ 65.4 โดยจำหนายยาเสพตดเพยงคนเดยวรอยละ 53.1 และเลอกจำหนายใหบคคลทวไปไมเฉพาะเจาะจงทจะจาหนายยาเสพตด รอยละ 74.6 สวนใหญเรยนรดวยตวเองจำหนายยาเสพตดโดยใชพาหนะรอยละ 67.3 และไมพกพาอาวธ รอยละ 70.8 ขณะจำหนายยาเสพตด โดยเคยใชสารเสพตดประเภทยาบารอยละ 66.5 มากอนทจะจำหนายยาเสพตด ซงจำหนายประเภทยาบาเปนสวนใหญจำหนายไมเกน 20 กรม และถกตองโทษ 1-3 ป และถกปรบ 100,000 บาทขนไปคดเปนรอยละ 52.3 โดย จำหนายยาเสพตดทกวนและถกตดสนโทษเพราะยาบา และถกจบกมขณะจาหนายยาเสพตด คดเปนรอยละ 70.4 สำหรบผลการทดสอบสมมตฐาน พบวา ปญหาครอบครวดานพฤตกรรมเสพยาเสพตด การชกจงของสามใหยงเกยวกบยาเสพตด การตดการพนนของสาม การเสพตดแอลกฮอลลของสาม และภาระคาใชจายภายในครอบครว มความสมพนธกบระดบความรนแรงในการจำหนายยาเสพตดของผตองขงหญงคดจาหนายยาเสพตด (จำนวนปทถกตองโทษ) อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ .05 ซงเปนไปตามสมมตฐานทตงไว แตรายไดกอนตองโทษ อายของสามและปญหาการใชความรนแรงภายในครอบครวไมมความสมพนธกบระดบความรนแรงในการจำหนายยาเสพตดของผตองขงหญงคดจำหนายยาเสพตด (จำนวนปทถกตองโทษ) ซงไมเปนไปตามสมมตฐานทตง ไว English Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the Violence in the offenses of the inmates in the base toward the wrong drug case Factors influencing prisoners convicted of drug offenses together with the sample used in warfare ware the women prisoners who have husbands in Correctional Institution for Female Drug Addicts, Klong Luang, Pathum Thani province. The tool used to gather data is questionnaire. For data analysis using basic statistics for example percentage, mean and standard deviation. Analysis results using Descriptive Statistics and testing the hypothesis test using Chi-square with level of significance .05. The study of the violence in the offenses of the sample described as below the major did not plan before selling drugs is 66.5 and the recipient to sell by themselves included selection and distribution to public is not specific. Mostly selftaught in selling drugs and sold as part time. Distribution of drugs did not use the vehicle the percentage is 67.3 and not carry weapon while selling drugs the percentage is 70.8 Mostly used addictive substance of amphetamines before the distribution of drugs the percentage is 66.5 not over 20g, punished 1-3 years, and fine penalty 100,000 THB the percentage is 52.3. Mostly selling every day and convicted because of amphetamine. Included arrested while selling drugs the percentage is 70.4. For hypothesis testing factors present by family problems, persuasion of husbands to do drugs, gambling and alcohol addict of the husbands in related to violence in the mistreatment of women prisoners drug addict (year of sentence) at the significance level.05 according to the hypothesis. On the other hand, age of husband, some family problems are not related to violence in the mistreatment of women prisoners drug addict (year of sentence).
