Abstract

Saudi artists have been producing art works not documented or seen by other Arab communities or even countries non documented arts became a trend of last decade as part of not talking about prosses or produce as a community unliked skill or forbidden secret and only done as a sociological release of daily life pressures Saudi Arabia is very rich with many art business heritage and many of Saudi artists legacy names etched in stone art wall , art collectors fill job as a personal hoppy ,it is necessary to put up artistic business and research institutions and document special artist database that can help build and that will collect information and data appropriately makes it easier for others interested in Saudi art and helps to reach and communicate with artists whether Specialists or beneficiaries of companies or individuals . Many found government and authorities are offering digital service and technology of information and cheek Matt set up websites and applications appropriate usage for, documentation and preservation of intellectual rights for artists and that will support and facilitate communication and access to artists, this act is already managed through governorates forums and applications in many Arab countries, like Egypt, Tunisia, and Oman. The urgent need to preserve artist's rights for their artistic works and importance of developing a strategy to protect the intellectual property rights of Saudi artists by creating a database to be a link between artist and others interested, whether companies, institutions or individuals, and importance of building a marketing strategy, planning and preparing for the subsequent stages of development and financing. By answering question: Can intellectual property rights of artists be preserved by building a database for Saudi artists, the platform for works of Saudi artists?
