Abstract

The article presents an analysis of biochemical parameters of blood serum and reveals the relationship of right-sided heart failure with the occurrence of post-mortem meat exudation (PSE). The most indicative markers of cardiopathology are total protein, albumin, glucose, urea, calcium, iron, bilirubin, AST, ALT, lactate, creatinine, sodium, chlorides, potassium, LDH, creatine kinase. As preventive measures, options for correcting the diet and microclimate are given.
