Abstract

In this article, we developed measures to optimize wages based on the use of the grading system on the example of the IT company "Yandex", as in connection with the rapid growth of the company, as well as its entry into the international level and penetration into new market segments, the existing grading system required certain measures to update and improve. The article also identifies and sets out the criteria for determining the global grade of the company "Yandex" by the method of Watson Wyatt.
