Abstract
The article continues the study of nonlinear phenomena that are present in the practice of the fleet. The possibility shown in the first part of the study of using the formal apparatus of stationary waves determining the features of the dynamics of the attached mass to describe the dynamics of the coronavirus –19 pandemic is also applicable to the description of the dynamics of genesis. In turn, the main provisions of the theory of ethnogenesis – the phase decomposition of its dynamics - are fully applicable to the characteristics of epic processes. Moreover, the speed and duration of both the coronavirus-19 pandemic and ethnogenesis correspond to the classical "Generation time – Growth Rate" relationship
