Abstract

Part one of this article, presented in the previous issue of the magazine, examined the life path of a prominent domestic scientist. In the second part, his scientific heritage is analyzed. Attention is drawn to the features of his scientific creativity, conducting scientific research at the intersection of labor law and economics. A description of A.D. Zaykin’s contribution to the development of doctrines on the legal organization of remuneration and pension legal relations is given.
