Abstract
The article analyzes the organizational status of the Ukrainian political movement (including national parties and youth associations) in the Russian Empire on the eve of the February Revolution of 1917. The issues of the level of activity and the interaction of central and local structures, as well as inter-party relations and the role of certain organizational components of the national movement are also investigated
