Abstract
In modern Russia, there are many projects in which the state side and the private side interact with each other. The article is devoted to the economic cooperation of these two parties: The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that this interaction between the state and business benefits all parties to the agreements, as well as has a significant social effect on the population. The authors conclude that concession agreements are mainly used in the northwestern region, since they are more beneficial to the state, since ownership passes to it after the construction or modernization of the facility. Although in a public-private partnership, the risks are distributed mainly to a private person, since the object of the agreement remains owned by the business. In any case, the private party will profit from the implementation of this project.
