Abstract
This research discusses the implementation of the Arabic language learning program at the Al Badriyah Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on implementation management. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection uses observation, interviews and observations. The results of the research show that the management of the implementation of the Arabic language learning program at the Al Badriyah Islamic boarding school is going well. There are two Arabic language learning programs at the boarding school, namely the mandatory Arabic language program (6 months) then followed by an advanced program for those interested in deepening Arabic in firtaliya program, judging from the activities of the students, they were very enthusiastic in participating in both programs. The implementation of this Arabic language program was carried out in class and outside of class using various methods. The implementation of this learning consists of three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing. And activities that help the program process include material planning, giving mufradat, and muhadhoroh activities specifically for the firtaliya program. In order to maximize learning, Arabic is used as a daily communication tool. Within 6 months, students will be able to speak Arabic in daily activities
