КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ СУБЪЕКТОВ СТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ СФЕРЫ: ТРЕНДЫ, ФАКТОРЫ, ВЫЗОВЫ

Abstract

The results of the author's research in the scientific article allowed us to state the increasing role of organizations doing business in the construction segment of the Russian economy in order to achieve the current goals of national develop-ment and ensure sustainable production growth. The interrelation of the variable elements of ensuring the economic security of the subjects of the construction sec-tor, taking into account the Development Strategy of the construction industry, is demonstrated. The author's gradation of the stages of development of the con-struction sector of the Russian Federation is proposed and the main challenges of economic security at each of them are summarized, which determines the characteristic features of the activities of the subjects of the construction industry and allows analyzing the interrelationships in the dynamics of the achieved re-sulting values. The analysis of trends in the development of the activities of enter-prises in the construction sector made it possible to identify negative and positive processes, as well as conduct a sociological survey of stakeholders to rank threats to the economic security of enterprises according to their importance. In general, the study made it possible to propose a conceptual model for ensuring the economic security of enterprises in the construction industry and to determine the levels of condition that are the object for further application of control tools.
