Abstract
The article, based on the analysis of the essence of the concepts of "responsibility" and "responsible behavior", substantiates the choice of criteria for the effectiveness of propaedeutics of behavioral disorders in children. The components of responsible behavior in older preschoolers are outlined and characterized: cognitive, emotional-motivational, and behavioral. According to the components, the criteria for assessing this behavior are defined: knowledge and understanding of moral and responsible behavior, features of attention, willingness to comply with moral norms and responsible behavior, attitude to their duties and promises, responsibility in behavior and activities, ability to self-regulation of behavior. The views of scientists on the manifestation of responsible behavior of children 6-7 years and analyzed indicators of the formation of such behavior in this category of children.
