Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the relevance of the draft Labor Code of Ukraine proposed by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in 2024 to modern socio-economic challenges. The key norms of the document, which significantly improve social and labor relations, are defined, as well as the imperfections of some important norms of the Labor Code are outlined and explained. Recommendations for improving labor legislation taking into account the needs of today are presented.
