Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the complex exercise program on physical factors and isokinetic lower extremity muscle function in the entrance exam for firefighters examining 40 students living in G Metropolitan City and attending the fire service civil service examination academy located in Y-dong (exercise group). 20 people, 20 people in the control group) As a result of exercising for 60 minutes 3 times a week for 12 weeks, the following conclusions were obtained.BRFirst, as a result of the 12-week complex exercise program, there were significant differences in the exercise group in back strength, long jump in place, and sit-up among the physical fitness factors of the entrance exam, but there was no significant difference in grip strength, sitting sit-forward bending, and long reciprocating running.BRSecond, as a result of the 12-week complex exercise program, there was a significant difference in leg muscle strength and leg muscle power in isokinetic lower extremity muscle function.BRAs described above, the complex exercise program training is considered to be an exercise that has a positive effect on improving the physical functions of firefighters.
