Abstract
The article presents ambiguous characteristics of the consequences of innovation as a result of the digital transformation of the educational sector. The analysis of the peculiarities of the educational process from various angles of influence on the development of an individual and the effectiveness of the functioning of business entities is carried out. In addition, the predominant effects of the integration processes of innovations in various areas of the functioning of the education system are analyzed. Along with the positive impact on improving the mechanisms of interaction between stakeholders of the educational field, “problem areas” of the implementation of new ideas and solutions have been identified, guidelines for correcting “weak points” have been proposed to minimize the possible negative effect and prevent its occurrence in key areas of learning formats.
