Abstract

This article discusses the possibility of reducing the dimensions of ultraviolet and infrared radiation devices through the use of more compact infrared lamps, evaluates the quality indicators of halogen lamps by the method of analysis of variance. The parameters of the lamps were measured in the measuring laboratory of SSZ Lisma LLC during the service life: at the beginning of operation and then after 1800 and 3750 hours. Samples of five pieces were taken from batches of lamps. The main analyzed parameter was the correlated color temperature. The test protocols for the studied lamps are presented. The analysis carried out indicates, in general, the stability of quality indicators when comparing two types of lamps during their service life, which suggests the possibility of their use in irradiators for infrared heating of animals. In the course of the work, recommendations were given on the development of a small-sized combined irradiator using a lamp of the KGT 220-600 type.
