Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in performance perception according to the experience of participation in the innovative education district project, the perception of teachers with experience of participation was higher than that of teachers without participation experience. Third, based on the characteristics of teachers' performance perception of innovative education districts, it was classified into four clusters, such as; 'a cluster with very high overall perception', 'a cluster with very low overall perception', 'a cluster with high overall perception'. and 'a cluster with low overall awareness'. Fourth, according to the teacher's performance recognition cluster, the level of goal recognition showed a significant difference, and the higher the performance recognition, the higher the goal recognition.
