Abstract

This article focuses on layered process audit, practical aspects of its organization and proper use of data gathered through it. The study of the application of layered audits is aimed at eliminating the insufficiency of classical periodic audits in monitoring conformity of production processes, especially in relation to factors, information about which is not collected by automatic means.To achieve the goal of the study, the existing approaches to organizing a level audit were considered, the basic principles of organizing a layered audit were highlighted, audit procedure, audit checklist format, a system for recording and evaluating the results of audits, as well as recommendations for implementing the process were developed. The effectiveness of the developed approach has been tested in the production facility of automotive components (air filters).
