Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between the organizational vision of resort companies and the job satisfaction and innovation of workers and provide empirical data on the management performance strategy through the management of human resources of resort companies. The subjects of the study were 171 full-time employees of resort companies. The hypothesis verification was processed through Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM), which resulted in the following conclusions: First, the organizational vision of resort companies has a positive impact on the job satisfaction of workers. Second, the organizational vision of resort companies does not affect the innovative performance of workers. Third, the job satisfaction of resort company workers has a positive impact on innovation performance. Fourth, job satisfaction of resort company employees had a mediating effect between organizational vision and innovation performance. Therefore, these results suggest that strategies for establishing the organizational vision of resort entities are important to ensure that workers are clearly aware of them.
