Abstract

The article considers methodological questions of optimization of a jurisdiction and decreasing of workload at the arbitration courts system. The author analyses objective criteria defining optimality of the arbitration jurisdiction and suggests particular solutions for optimization of the jurisdiction by a subject and procedural form of settlement of economic disputed by the arbitration courts.
