РОЛЬ УЧЕНЫХ-ЦИВИЛИСТОВ КАЗАНСКОГО УНИВЕРСИТЕТА В СТАНОВЛЕНИИ И РАЗВИТИИ ЭКОНОМИКИ ТАССР
Highlights
It was revealed that Kazan University played a key role in the theoretical and ideological justification for creation of the TASSR and the Republic of Tatarstan
Legal scholars of Kazan University contributed significantly to development of the national economy of the region through their research: in the 1960s–1980s, collective farm and agricultural law was one of the most advanced areas of civil law in Kazan, which promoted the development of agriculture in the region

Summary
Юридический факультет Казанского университета осуществлял подготовку специалистов-юристов главным образом для судебных учреждений [1]. Специального направления подготовки юристов для работы в экономической области в сфере юридического образования не было. Был закрыт факультет общественных наук Казанского университета (в состав которого входило юридико-политическое отделение), уступивший место различным краткосрочным юридическим школам и курсам, направленным на быстрое обучение кадров, необходимых для развития хозяйственной деятельности ТАССР (III). Перед факультетом советского строительства Казанского университета была поставлена важная задача – разработать курс хозяйственного права для подготовки специалистов-юристов, способных осуществлять правовую работу в различных сферах народного хозяйства, и в первую очередь народного хозяйства ТАССР.
